Welcome
At Spokane River Therapy, I work with the people who spend their lives on the front lines—first responders, law enforcement, military members and veterans, and mothers who are used to being the strong one for everyone else. Whether you're responding to emergencies, serving your community, protecting your family, or simply trying to make it through the day, you don't have to keep carrying it alone.
My approach is direct, honest, and compassionate. I won't sugarcoat difficult conversations and I won't leave you to figure them out by yourself either. I believe real growth comes from understanding how your mind, body, and nervous system work together—not from pretending everything is okay or offering band-aid solutions.
I'm not here to fix you. The same skills that helped you survive may not be the same skills that help you thrive—and that's where we start. I'm here to be a guide. Together, we will cut through the noise, get to the root of what's keeping you stuck, and focus on what actually works to help you move forward.
Therapy isn't about becoming someone different or going back to who you were before. It's about building the next version of yourself—stronger, wiser, and more equipped to face whatever comes next.
